Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

β’ The hair is unwashed, uncut, and with original tags
β’ Lace has not been cut or altered

NOTE: Wigs and bundles that have been worn, customized, or altered cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality reasons.
